1. Product acceptance and return:
After receiving the goods, the customer should complete the acceptance of the goods within 3 working days. If no objection is raised within the limit period, the acceptance will be completed by default;
Regular inventory products can be returned within one week from the date of purchasing if they are not used and do not affect secondary sales;
Non-standard customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for non-quality problems;
Milling inserts and brand tool products are non-refundable and non-replaceable;
2. Product objection:
If you have any objection to the quality of the product after receiving the goods, please contact the corresponding sales or customer service personnel in time to provide details, and the two parties will conduct further communication and processing as customer required.
